At Phyziq, every order is handled with precision and care — from the moment it leaves our studio to the moment it reaches you.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Carrier tracking number.

Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, Phyziq is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Tracking & Confirmation
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@phyziq.ca with your order number and details — our team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
